Early check-in:

• In case of a check in before 04:00AM extra fee is taken. The fee is 100% apartment price for a day.
• In case of a check in from 04:00AM to 13:00 extra fee is taken. The fee is 50% apartment price for a day.

Late check-out:

• In case of late check out from 12:00 to 18:00 extra fee is taken. The fee is 50% apartment price for a night.
• In case of late check out after 18:00 extra fee is taken. The fee is 100% apartment price for a night.

Children under 7 years old are accommodated with their parents for 180 rubles without extra bed.
